HOW TO COOK

> DEEP FRY COOKING<

1.Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it to 170-180 degrees. 9(The temperature of the oil is important. If you don't have a thermometer, you can hear a sizzling sound when you put breadcrumbs in the oil and it's the right temperature.

2.Add frozen Cheong Jeong chicken Katsu to heated cooking oil and cook until slightly golden.(2~3 minutes)

3.Take the chicken Katsu out of the pan and drain the oil for 1-2 minutes.

Put the chicken Katsu back into the heated oil and fry it thoroughly for about 1 to 2 minutes, turning it over and it's done.

* Rather than cooking directly in the air fryer or oven After frying in oil for the first time, when frying the second time, cook it in an air fryer or oven for 4 to 5 minutes. You can enjoy the more savory and crunchy texture of chicken Katsu.

1.Refrigerate immediately.

2.Do not refreeze after thawing as this is a frozen product.

3.It is not a cooked product. Be sure to eat it after cooking.
