Overview

We made a karaage ball with chicken skin. The chewy texture of chicken leg meat and the crispy taste of chicken skin are excellent. It's great for children's snacks, drinks, and rice with sauce. You can eat it as it is. It tastes better with sauce or seasoning.

HOW TO COOK

>Fry pan Cooking<

1.Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it to 170-180 degrees. 

2.Add frozen karaage Ball to heated cooking oil and cook until golden brown for 3 to 4 minutes turning over.

3.If you want to enjoy it in a variety of ways, dip it in a variety of sauces such as chili and mustard, or put it in a salad

>Air Fryer Cooking<

1.Preheat it sufficiently at 200℃

2.Put the frozen chicken so that it does not overlap.

3.Sprinkle generously with olive oil

4.Cook at 200℃ for 20 ~ 30 minutes and take it out when it turns golden brown.

>NOTES<

1.Refrigerate immediately.

2.Do not refreeze after thawing as this is a frozen product.

3.It is not a cooked product. Be sure to eat it after cooking.
